Return Policy

You need prior authorization to return an item. Those that are returned to us may be replaced or refunded at our discretion. At this time, there are no restocking fees. However, if you prepayed for an item over $100 in value, a portion of that payment is non-refundable, as explained in our main policy page.

We will accept returns on items that are damaged in production, such as videos, games, and CDs. These returns are subject to verification. In the case of games, CDs, and DVDs, not all systems behave the same. Some games work in one system (like the PlayStation), but not another (the PlayStation2 or an older/newer model PlayStation.)

If the wrong item was sent to you (which happens on occasion,) the incorrect item may be exchanged with the correct item. Please let us know about incorrect items as soon as possible.

Items damaged in transit may be replaced or refunded. Items, such as statues, may be impossible for us to replace. When that happens, you will be refunded the appropriate amount.

In each of the above cases, you will be given instructions on what to do, as well as appropriate options. Failure to follow all of the instructions will delay your replacements or refunds.
