Everyone has some sort of legal disclaimer. We are no different.
- We are not responsible for any mistakes in the item listings. Every effort will be made to
correct errors, when they are found.
- All prices represent the latest information we have. All prices will be confirmed at the time of
shipment.
- Availability will change without notice. We are not always informed if an item goes out of print
or is no longer produced. Also, what goes out of stock in the store is not immediately reflected on
the web pages.
- Shipping schedules are based on vendor stocks. We assume that the larger vendors have them.
Sometimes they run out before we get our confirmed orders.
- We are a family oriented store. While we have adult customers, we will minimize the exposure
of adult material on the web and in our store. We will confirm the age of our adult customers.
- Every effort is made to return phone calls in a timely manner. If you leave us a message on
our answering machine, please speak clearly and always leave a valid phone number. If we cannot
understand your message, we cannot respond.
